Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Corporate/M&A/Securities associate with four to five years of experience to join our team in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. The associate may choose Los Angeles or Orange County as a “home” office, but will be expected to work out of the other office occasionally. Strong relevant experience and initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and California Bar (or willingness to sit for the Bar) required.
