Snell & Wilmer seeks one or more attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation on a non-partnership track basis to assist with insurance related litigation cases. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for a periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Staff Attorneys are not eligible for medical or other benefits. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery including depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Experience litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases is required. Nevada bar admission is required.
