The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a mid to senior associate for its Public Finance practice group. Candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in public finance and municipal bond law doing primarily “private activity” bonds (e.g. conduit revenue bonds). Ideal candidates are members of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and have previously worked for a “Red Book” bond counsel firm. Candidates with transactional experience, not tax, are encouraged to apply. Disclosure/securities law experience a plus but not essential. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
