Quarles & Brady LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified Senior Counsel to join its Real Estate team in the Madison or Milwaukee, WI office.

The ideal candidate should have between 7-12 years of sophisticated experience in commercial real estate transactions. This candidate will perform transactional work as assigned, including drafting and negotiation of documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents, leasing, as well as related due diligence work, including title and survey review, and closing these and other real estate transactions.

The Senior Counsel position is expected to be a full-time, salaried position, but the firm is open to discussing flexible work schedules, and alternative compensation structures in certain circumstances. The Senior Counsel position is a non-partnership track position. The best fit will be someone who is ready to handle transactions independently, work with the clients directly and oversee associate and paralegal support when necessary. An individual who was formerly a partner or of counsel is a plus, but is not required.

Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational skills are a must.
