Quarles & Brady LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified Senior Associate to join its Labor & Employment Group in the Madison, Wisconsin office.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience and should have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws, and should have experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts. Applicants should have the ability to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed guidance, including counseling employers, responding to administrative charges, attending administrative hearings, mediating employment disputes, taking depositions and managing discovery, and drafting motions in federal and state court.

The senior associate position is expected to be a full-time, salaried position.
