Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities group in the Dayton office. The successful candidate will have three to five years of experience in corporate law focused on transactional matters, specifically in contract drafting and mergers and acquisitions. Experience in a large firm environment is strongly preferred. A superior academic record, strong work ethic and excellent drafting skills are required.
