Thompson Hine LLP is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice in its Cleveland office. The successful candidate will have significant experience in capital markets and securities, including representation of public companies. Experience in a large firm environment is strongly preferred. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills are required.
