The Los Angeles Office has a unique opportunity for a Non-Shareholder Track Staff Attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice. This is an opening for an experienced employment defense attorney to work flexible hours during the work week. This person will be one client focused and be expected to perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm associate, including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleading, attendance at court conferences, discovery-related activities and investigation, analysis, and drafting of position statements. The Staff Attorney may also be used from time to time to work on discrete projects for other clients and/or doing responses to agency charges as needed

We are fully committed to the importance of diversity within the legal profession, as well as all workplace environments and strongly encourage the interest of diverse candidates in the firm.
