Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor - Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must possess five to six years of employment litigation defense experience (from law school classes of 2008 - 2009).
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
  • Must be licensed to practice in California
