Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience for its Boston and Providence offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer, mortgage foreclosure and/or bankruptcy litigation, a commitment to exceptional client service, top quality written work product, strong academic credentials, substantial deposition and court experience, and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts. Experience with state and federal fair lending laws a plus. Massachusetts and Rhode Island licenses required.
