Holland & Hart's rapidly expanding trademark practice is seeking an associate to join our trademark prosecution and enforcement team in our Denver or Boulder office. The successful candidate will primarily handle US and international trademark search and clearance, and prosecution for a group of clients ranging from Fortune 100 and foreign companies, to local start-ups. Experience with domain name and trademark enforcement/contentious matters (including matters before the TTAB) is also desired.

Requirements: Candidates should have solid experience in the trademark field, an outstanding academic record, and superior writing and communication skills. Candidates should enjoy working with others in an energetic and team oriented setting. References will be required.
