Kilpatrick Townsend's Denver office is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience in patent prosecution work for our Mechanical and Medical Devices team.

Applicants should have a strong academic record including a degree in mechanical, aerospace or biomedical engineering. In addition, candidates should have experience with software and electrical patents. An advanced engineering degree and/or industry experience is desirable, as is a registration number in the Patent Office, but these are not required
