Carlton Fields Jorden Burt is seeking an associate with one to two years of business litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Law Review or Clerkship experience, as well as an interest in securities litigation and corporate governance, preferred.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
