Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP seeks an associate for the Tax Practice Group of its Corporate Department in the Detroit office.

This position is appropriate for attorneys with two to five years of experience practicing federal income tax law, including advising clients regarding corporate and partnership taxation, tax issues in mergers and acquisitions, and tax aspects of financing transactions. Experience in public offerings of equity and debt instruments is a plus.
