This role involves significant client contact and the primary duties include counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting employee handbooks, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, drafting separation agreements, preparing and facilitating supervisor and manager training for clients, preparing HR and employment law resource materials and manuals, responding to charges of discrimination, and facilitating employee opinion surveys. Prior HR experience is required. Traditional labor experience a plus.
