Job Duties/Responsibilities

This Associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of U.S. and international matters including trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement; proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; copyright counseling, registration and enforcement; intellectual property-related due diligence in corporate transactions and financings; domain name registration and enforcement; and other matters for clients which range from entrepreneurs to publicly traded clients with substantial intellectual property portfolios.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• One to three years of trademark experience
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
