Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP seeks a highly qualified Tech Transactions Associate to join its Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Firm’s growing Tysons Corner office.

Job Requirements:

The Tech Transactions Associate will work with our corporate practice group, primarily in connection with technology-focused commercial and licensing transactions. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of relevant law firm experience. Experience supporting the IP- and tech-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions is a plus. Candidates not licensed to practice in Virginia must be willing to take the next available Virginia bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
