The Litigation Group seeks an associate with three to five years of litigation experience to work in the financial service, insurance and related areas. Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia Bar and candidates who have an insurance background and have clerked in Virginia courts would be particularly appealing. Applicants must have excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills and will be sought to assume immediate responsibility in an active practice. Ideal candidate is confident, hardworking, personable, and detail-oriented. Candidates should have excellent academic records, strong writing and communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
