The preferred candidate will have practical transactional experience involving partnership and corporate tax principles. Depending on the candidate’s background, an LLM in tax could be helpful. The applicant must possess superior academic credentials.

The successful candidate will assist real estate developers, operators and investors, both individual and institutional, with structuring, forming and documenting real estate companies and joint ventures, and will assist in the formation, financing, acquisition, merger and disposition of various types of operating companies.
