Seeking Business Transactional Associate with minimum of 4 years of experience handling a wide array of corporate and business transactions. Opportunity to join tight-knit group of attorneys in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with substantial growth opportunities.

Ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents, such as operating agreements, governing corporate documents, services agreements, promissory notes, loan documents, joint venture agreements, licenses, IP development agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. Candidate must be highly organized with strong analytical skills and an excellent academic record. Maryland bar admission required (VA and/or DC admission is a plus).
