An immediate opportunity is available for an Associate in our Corporate Department in our Dayton office. Applicants must have 2-3 years of general corporate experience.

The Associate would assist with M&A, real estate, finance, general corporate work such as contract drafting, and advising clients in other general business matters. Specific transactional experience and experience in securities matters, as well as a general familiarity with basic tax concepts, would be a plus. A license to practice in Ohio is required.
