We are seeking an Employment Law Associate for the Denver office.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Opportunity to learn about and be involved with cutting-edge national EEOC and OFCCP systemic discrimination investigations
• Assist government contractor clients with the design, development and implementation of affirmative action plans in accordance with federal, state and local regulations
• Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws
• Represent clients during government initiated audits, including defending against claims of systemic discrimination
• Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment laws with emphasis on federal anti-discrimination regulations
Skills and Educational Requirements:
• JD from accredited law school
• 2-4 years of experience preferred, employment law experience a plus
• Colorado Bar Admission preferred
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, including working with large-scale data reports
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
