The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of patent litigation experience. Candidates with a degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred, but not required. Candidates with professional software development experience without a technical degree will be considered. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
