LEGAL RECRUITER

Leading national legal search firm is looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic attorney or experienced recruiter with excellent interpersonal skills to focus on legal search in NYC.


Important to be self-motivated, possess a level of enthusiasm, intelligence and the ability to think on your feet and outside the box. We are ideally looking for someone who has either:

a) Experience as a legal recruiter

b) Experience as a recruiting manager and/or coordinator at a law firm or

c) Experience as an attorney in a New York law firm (larger firm experience preferable)

d) Someone with a law degree and a background in sales.

Responsibilities include plenty of cold calling, interviewing and meeting qualified legal talent. Must have a professional work ethic, be at ease on the phone and be able to work with all types of highly-educated professionals. This is a commission-based position; however, there is a draw against future commissions for all new hires. This is a fast-paced position that offers the opportunity to meet, counsel, and advise numerous attorneys on a consistent basis (and have fun doing so).
