Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience incommercial real estate transactions, including hotel management agreements,commercial mortgage-backed securities, leasing (preferably office and retailleasing), and acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and saleagreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerageagreements). Must possess strong research and writing skills, excellentacademics and have at least 3 years of large law firm experience. Must bea member of the State Bar of California or willing to sit for the nextexamination.
