Arnold & Porter LLP is seeking a staff attorney to work principally with a dedicated client team within the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in New York. Qualified candidates for this position must have three or more years of prior work experience with a top-tier firm in capital markets, securities compliance and general corporate transactional matters. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references. All applicants should have excellent references. Current NY bar membership is required.
