The New York office of Arnold & Porter LLP is seeking a junior associate for the Investment Management sub-group of the firm's Corporate & Securities practice group. Qualified candidates for this position must have 1 to 2 years of prior work experience with a top-tier firm.

The position principally will involve hedge fund formation and regulatory compliance, but may also involve private equity and/or real estate fund formation and may involve commodity pool and/or derivatives work. An applicant's prior work experience should include one or more of the following: hedge fund formation; private equity and/or real estate fund formation; derivatives; and related regulatory compliance. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references.
