Associate with a minimum of 4years of trusts & estates experience. Experience handling complex estate planning matters, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, limited partnerships and some general taxation is required. Experience in handling charitable trusts, private foundations, asset protection planning, probate administration and estate tax return preparation is helpful. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is also required. Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills, and must be a member of The Florida Bar.
