Associate with approximately 3-4 years of patent prosecution experience. Electrical engineering degree is required. Intellectual property litigation experience is not required but is considered a plus. Candidate must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Must be admitted to The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next exam.
