Chemical Patent Associates with 3 to 4 years of pharmaceutical experience for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Experience in opinion work, freedom to operate analysis, due diligence and patent prosecution is considered a plus. Chemistry or chemical engineering undergraduate degree is required. Must be admitted to practice before the United States Patent &Trademark Office and be a member of the Colorado Bar.
