Attorney with 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial loan originations, structured financing, leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements) and title examination and resolution experience. Must possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academics and have at least 3 years of large law firm experience. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
