Clark Hill is seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience for its Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group in either Birmingham, MI, Chicago, IL, or Pittsburgh, PA.

This position requires excellent research and drafting skills. Qualified candidates must have motion and evidentiary hearing preparation experience, including file responsibility, and must possess a general familiarity with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Federal Bankruptcy Code, and general bankruptcy case law. Experience as a clerk for a bankruptcy court is preferred. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, and will possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
