Haynes and Boone is seeking patent agents and associates with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join our Orange County office. The professional will be joining our group of experienced attorneys and agents representing large, mid-size, and startup companies in a wide range of advanced technologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics, and have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as in conducting validity and infringement assessments. Experience with wireless telecommunications, signal processing, computer networking or semiconductor engineering experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
