Holland & Hart's rapidly expanding trademark practice is seeking a junior-mid level associate to join our trademark prosecution and enforcement team. The successful candidate will handle US and international trademark search and clearance, and prosecution, as well as domain name and trademark enforcement/contentious matters (including matters before the TTAB) for a group of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to local start-ups. The position will initially be based in Boulder or Denver, Colorado.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of solid experience in the trademark field, an outstanding academic record, and superior writing and communication skills. Candidates should enjoy working with others in an energetic and team oriented setting.
