Ideal Candidate

Our Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group (SLEW) is seeking two mid-level associates with 4 - 6 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Attorneys in the SLEW Group handle all aspects of securities litigation, including private class actions, SEC investigations, contests for corporate control, criminal investigations, insider trading investigations, appellate work and counseling.

The candidate will collaborate with attorneys in the group to frame clients’ critical business and legal issues and provide innovative solutions. The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required. The ideal candidate is a high performer with excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and an interest in taking an increasing level of responsibility for matters.
