Ideal Candidate

We have an urgent need for an Employment & Labor Associate in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office.

• The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials with 3 – 5 years of experience in:
  • providing high level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues and litigating trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower (SOX, Dodd Frank), and high stakes single plaintiff employment actions
  • defending against employment-related class actions, including wage and hour class actions (class opposition strategy, fact development, briefing), as well as advising on employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong writing and client advice and relations skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis; draft and argue substantive briefs and motions; and take depositions with limited supervision are required.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.
• Membership to the California Bar is required.
