Orrick is looking for an associate with three to five years’ experience in commercial litigation to join our New York office.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex business litigation representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a variety of matters. Experience litigating in federal district court, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, conducting fact and expert discovery, preparing for trial, and managing appeals is preferred. The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and superb writing and oral communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and is a team player. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.
