The New York Office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP seeks an associate for its Intellectual Property practice.

The qualified candidate will have 2 – 3 years’ experience in copyright and Lanham Act litigation, including trademark, trade dress, and false advertising. The associate should have experience in federal court as well as in proceedings before the Patent & Trademark Office. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, ability to work independently and possess strong advocacy ability. Strong academics along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred.
