Orrick seeks an attorney with 2-3 years’ experience to join the firm’s dynamic and expanding Sacramento Office in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. The work will include working on high profile complex employment litigation cases, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters in employment class actions.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be creative, have high energy, and strong writing skills. Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team. The positions offer the candidates the opportunity to assume significant responsibility early on including frequent witness contact on important matters. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the State Bar of California.
