The Technology Transactions and Outsourcing Group in the Washington, DC office of Venable LLP is looking for a skilled second to fourth year corporate associate with a focus on outsourcing, licensing, IP development, joint venture/strategic alliance and general technology agreements. Candidates must have a comfortable working knowledge of intellectual property and general corporate law. Prior law firm experience strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare technology, hospitality contracts and/or digital media a plus. Excellent academic credentials and great contract drafting and communication skills required.
