Venable LLP's San Francisco office is looking to hire a junior to mid-level corporate associate. Qualified candidates will have a minimum three years of law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, and effective oral and written communication skills. The candidate is expected to have transactional experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate and M&A, real estate transactional, IP transaction (e.g., licensing and outsourcing). Must be a member of CA bar.
