Candidate should have 2-4 years (classes 2010-2012) of significant litigation experience, preferably in the energy or utility sector. Experience with administrative litigation and counseling clients before state and federal regulatory agencies, including the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Railroad Commission of Texas, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission would be an advantage but is not essential. Exposure to transactional experience would also be preferable, but is not essential.

There will be opportunities to provide regulatory support for complex litigation and transactions in energy and utility industries, negotiate and draft commercial infrastructure-related agreements and counsel clients regarding regulatory implications of operations.
