Employment Litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.

The ideal candidate will have substantial management-side employment law and litigation experience, some transactional experience (merger and acquisition support on employment issues and similar transactional matters), as well as experience in providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on terminations, policy matters, and employment mobility issues (trade secrets, non-competes, and employee solicitation). Candidates who are members of the Texas Bar are strongly preferred. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
