Seeking an experienced lawyer who has practiced in the capital markets area (within a large law firm or corporate/financial institution legal department) who will help to develop and implement projects designed to meet the knowledge needs of the Capital Markets Group.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of transactional experience (including IPOs, equity offerings, investment grade debt and high-yield debt), as well as experience advising public companies on their SEC reporting and compliance obligations, and be familiar with practice involving the SEC, NYSE, Nasdaq and FINRA.
