The Atlanta office has an immediate need for an associate with at least 3 + years of quality experience in a large law firm environment with mergers and acquisitions or securities and capital markets transactions.

Experience should include a focus in representation of public companies or private equity firms in connection with customary transactions and, to a lesser extent, providing counseling on corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley, securities regulations and listing standards. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills. The position will be based in the Atlanta office, but involve work with attorneys in the corporate group throughout the firm.
