Troutman Sanders seeks a mid-level associate for its corporate practice group in the Charlotte office. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in corporate transactions.

The candidate should have significant experience working on mergers and acquisitions transactions. All candidates should have excellent law school credentials and be registered with, or be eligible to sit for, the North Carolina Bar.
