The Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group seeks to hire a 3-4 year associate for either the Chicago, Philadelphia or New York office. We seek candidates who possess legal experience with qualified retirement plans as well as M&A deal experience. Large law firm benefits experience is preferred.
