The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a commercial real estate finance attorney with 5 - 7 years of experience representing lenders in the closing of commercial real estate loans.

The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the transactions, including extensive client interactions, structuring, drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing legal opinions. Capital markets experience is considered a plus but is not required. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
