The Washington, DC Corporate Department is seeking a 2012-2014 Associate for the Energy team, which specializes in energy regulatory and transactional work. The associate would be actively involved in representing our clients in regulatory proceedings and contract negotiations for a variety of energy industry deals. Energy or projects experience preferred. Outstanding academic credentials and major law firm or Federal Energy Regulatory Commission experience are required.
