This position includes bond, disclosure, underwriter's and borrower's counsel work in the areas of general obligation and revenue bond financings. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of experience in legal research, due diligence and drafting of bond and securities offering documents. Excellent academic performance, law journal or law review, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.
